Pineapple Whisky Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Texas Crown Club
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 egg white
- Pineapple wedge
Method:
- Add sugar, Texas Crown, lemon juice, pineapple juice and egg white into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds.
- Strain into an old fashioned cocktail glass and serve. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
