The perfect whisky cocktails to help you ring in the New Year!
Out with the old and in with the new year! There’s nothing like celebrating New Year’s Eve with some good friends and even better cocktails. Ring in thisnew year with some whisky and champagne cocktails all made with Texas Crown Club Whisky.
Whisky French 75
Whisky French 75
Traditionally made with gin, we decided to give this cocktail a Texas twist with our whisky! Shave off a lemon peel for a beautiful garnish at the end that will impress your guests.
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 ounces of Texas Crown Club Whisky⠀
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 ounces of champagne
- Lemon twist, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes halfway, pour the whisky, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake well.
Strain into a champagne flute. Slowly top with chilled champagne.

Inspired by the golden glow of a sparkler, this whisky sparkler is a delicious and fizzy drink with a golden hue from the cider and honey. Add a sprig of rosemary for an additional refreshing flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce of Texas Crown Club Whisky
- 1 ounce of apple cider
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Champagne
- 1/2 sprig of rosemary
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes halfway, pour in whisky, apple cider, and honey. Shake well.
Strain into a champagne flute. Slowly top with chilled champagne. Add a sprig of rosemary for garnish and enjoy!

Whisky Morning After Mimosa
The champagne doesn’t have to stop flowing on New Year’s Eve! Wake up on New Year’s Day and make yourself a whisky and champagne mimosa to enjoy on the first day of the new year.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce of Texas Crown Club Whisky
- 1 ounce of orange juice
- Champagne
Add whisky and orange juice into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and if desired garnish with an orange peel or strawberry.
